	Sample HRA Excess Income Program Decision Notice MAP 992-A MAP 992A-Excess Income Program Decision.pdf Sample of notice used when Medicaid has processed medical bills submitted by an individual who has a spend-down. Notice either approves bills as meeting the spend-down for a specified period, or rejects bills and explains why Medicaid is not activated. In this sample, Medicaid was approved for six months based on past medical bills, with a remaining credit of past unpaid bills to be applied toward the spend-down for succeeding periods.
