This alert explains how to use the "reprint Medicaid Renewal Form" feature on Access HRA, and when consumers can or cannot use that feature. It also explains that the current "Print Medicaid Renewal" function on Access HRA sometimes generates an outdated version of the form with an obsolete 2018 barcode. Lastly, it explains the E-Notices feature on Access HRA, and explains online trainings available that allow participants to complete a mock renewal on Access HRA and via paper form.

This HRA alert advises the public of an identified transmission issue by the vendor Vanguard. As explained in the alert: "During Fall 2025, a technical configuration error at HRA’s mail processing vendor, Vanguard, delayed the timely receipt of renewals by HRA consumers. This resulted in some Medicaid cases being closed for failure to respond to a renewal even though the renewal was submitted timely."
